Bar Fight Leaves 3 Shot in Tucker

(Tucker, Georgia)  Gwinnett County Police are searching for a man who opened fire during a fight inside the Tram Chim Quan Café & Bar at 6330 Lawrenceville Highway in Tucker leaving three shot. The incident happened February 18th shortly after midnight. During the fight, the Vietnamese man seen on video surveillance wearing a black coat with a black hood retrieves a black semi-automatic firearm from his waistband and fires into the ceiling. As he is nearing the front door, the man is seen firing an additional three times striking three victims. Initial information suggests his first name may be “Van”.

The second suspect is also a Vietnamese man wearing a blue coat and blue shirt. During the fight he attacks two victims with a glass mug or beer bottle by striking them in the head. All of the parties were treated by medical personnel and have since been released from the hospital. The most serious injury was a gunshot wound to the abdomen and forearm. The other two victims were shot in the leg. Due to the amount of bystanders, miraculously no one was killed or more seriously injured during the shooting.
