UPDATE: Endangered Children

(August 31, 2016 Lawrenceville, Georgia) The children have been located and are safe.  Owens has been taken into custody in Henry County.  Owens has been making odd statements in the last few days about the earth coming to an end.  Earlier today she shaved her head and set her residence in Dacula on fire.  She then went and checked her daughters from school where she again made strange statements to school officials.  Owens is being charged with Arson in the 1st degree.  The children will be turned over to their father who also resides at the residence in Dacula.  An Amber Alert was in the process of being issued but has since been cancelled.

Endangered Children 

(August 31, 2016, Lawrenceville, Georgia) Officers from the Gwinnett County Police Department are currently searching for Lily Keller (9 years old) and Trinity Keller (11 years old).  The children are believed to be in the presence of their mother Frances Owens (39 years old).  Owens has recently shaved her head and may be wearing a head wrap.  The children are believed to be in grave danger.

They are traveling in a 2012 Nissan Altima bearing GA tag BDH2898.  The vehicle has a stick figure family on the rear window containing two adults, two children, a dog, and a cat. 

This is an active investigation and anyone with knowledge of their whereabouts should contact 911 immediately.
