Good Samaritan Stops to Help Two Women and is Robbed and Shot

(Lawrenceville, Georgia) Gwinnett County Police are asking for help from the general public to locate two females who flagged down a 41 year old man in the area of Lawrenceville Highway and Davis Mill Court yesterday between 12 noon and 1p.m. When the man stopped, the two women acted as though they were in distress and needed help. The man was then lured behind a town home on Davis Mill Court and confronted by at least three black male teens. One of the teens was armed with a handgun and demanded that he empty his pockets. Immediately following that demand, the suspect shot the victim three times and fled the scene. Detectives are working to determine the identity of the two females and the three males. The victim is in stable condition at Gwinnett Medical Center and is expected to live.
