Armed Robbery – Subway

(Norcross, Georgia)  A detective assigned to the Robbery Unit needs the public’s help in identifying the suspect in a recent armed robbery.

On Friday, October 5, a man visited the Subway at 4181 Steve Reynolds Boulevard in unincorporated Norcross.  He walked in, used the restroom, and then came out and ordered food.  The suspect handed over a fake $20 bill.  When the cashier questioned him about the bill, the suspect climbed over the counter, pulled out a handgun, and put it against her side.  She opened the cash register, and the suspect took out a couple hundred dollars.

He climbed back over the counter and fled the restaurant.  He later came back inside and took the fake $20 bill.

The video (and images) are being shared with the general public and media in hopes of identifying who this suspect is.  Though he is wearing all black, his shoes and backpack are very distinctive.
