(Suwanee, Ga., April 25, 2024) – The Gwinnett County Police Department needs the public’s help locating a missing 13-year-old girl.

Sandy Michelle Soto was last seen at her home on Welford Road in unincorporated Suwanee on Sunday, April 21, at approximately 11:45 p.m. Her father reported her missing the following day.

Sandy is described as a Hispanic female who is 5 feet 4 inches tall and weighs 120 pounds. Her black hair was last seen tied into braids.
