(Buford, GA. May 28, 2022) – At approximately 8:45 pm on Friday, May 27, officers assigned to North Precinct responded to a person shot call at 6010 Woodlake Drive in Buford.  The 911 caller reported hearing gun shots and a man lying in their driveway.  When officers arrived, they located one male with gunshot wounds. 

The victim was identified as Mr. Nabil Zeidan (64, Buford).  The shooting occurred in Mr. Zeidan’s driveway two houses away at 6090 Woodlake Drive. He was transported to the hospital and his injuries are believed to be non-life threatening.

Detectives responded and interviewed neighbors, and the Crime Scene Unit processed the scene for evidence.  This incident does not appear to be random, and robbery is believed to be the motive. The suspects are described as two males in dark clothing, one possibly black with short twisty type hair style and were last seen getting into a white car.
