The Georgia Department of Transportation will close Walther Boulevard access to SR 316 beginning Friday, April 17, 2015, so construction can begin on a new bridge. Once complete, the new Walther Boulevard bridge will span SR 316. The $4.4 million project includes three lanes, a continuous center turning lane with bike lanes, and sidewalks.
