The state of Georgia has returned to an annual system to verify eligibility for all Medicaid members, including PeachCare for Kids. Your contact information is crucial to ensure your coverage remains active.

If you have recently moved, changed phone numbers or emails, or simply want to double-check, visit Gateway.GA.gov to verify your details and stay informed about your family’s Medicaid status.

You may also send hard copies of your paperwork through mail, fax, or visit your local Division of Family and Children Services. If you prefer, call 1.877.423.4746 to complete the process over the phone using an automated system.

Once you are assigned your redetermination date, you will receive advanced notice of when your redetermination process will begin. Note that redetermination won’t happen at the same time for everyone and will be ongoing for approximately 14 months, until March 2024.
